The gala’s dress code is Black Tie Attire, which means a a black tuxedo, white dress shirt, black bow tie, and formal black shoes for men, and an evening or floor-length gown in sophisticated fabrics like silk or velvet for women.

The reception is 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm PST, and the main program is 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm PST. We strongly encourage attendees to plan to arrive for the reception to experience everything the gala has to offer. We also understand that other obligations may prevent attending the reception from being possible for each person and situation. Ticket holders may arrive at any time until 8:00pm PST, after which the event registration table will be closed.

Yes, we encourage attendees to bring their significant other, friends or loved ones who are interested in Kingdom building in preparation for the Lord Jesus’s capital “C” Church, and beyond the four walls of the church building!

The Gala will be held in San Ramon, CA. All three major Bay Area airports are within convenient distance:

• San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) – 36 miles

There are several nearby hotels including but not limited to the San Ramon Marriott (92600 Bishop Dr), and Sonesta Select San Ramon (18090 San Ramon Valley Blvd). Sponsors who give $150 or more will have their business or ministry featured in our digital e-book, which is shared with all Legacy Gala guests and our mailing list. This includes your logo, photo, contact link, and a short business abstract (up to one page of content).

No. Sponsorship packages do not include gala tickets. Sponsors are warmly invited to attend by purchasing a ticket, but attendance is not required for sponsorship participation.

After submitting your sponsorship gift, you’ll receive an email receipt containing a link to a form where you can upload your logo, photo, and business abstract.
