Each Flow gathering is a dynamic move of the Holy Spirit. While no two nights are the same, the general rhythm includes:
An atmosphere-shifting time of praise and worship
Corporate prayer, often including a time of praying in the Spirit
A powerful message of equipping for the body
Prophetic ministry and impartation from our fivefold leadership team
Altar ministry, where attendees may receive personal prophetic words or deliverance ministry as the Spirit leads
There’s often a “God moment” that interrupts the agenda — spontaneous healing, deliverance, or Spirit-led ministry that erupts in the middle. We honor those moments and make space for the supernatural.

The Flow is typically held twice per month on Friday evenings at 7pm PT (once online and once in-person).

Yes! While we’re currently based in the Bay Area, we’re open to conversations with churches beyond our region. If you believe God is prompting you to connect, please reach out to us — we’d love to talk and pray with you.

No. There is no cost to host a Flow service locally. This is a ministry offering — a way we serve the body of Christ as the Lord has led us. If travel outside the Bay Area is required, we may discuss support for logistics on a case-by-case basis.
